		<description>I too commend SAA, but I have two requests for that will probably be seen as nitpicky.  1) I wish they had said gay, lesbian and transgendered members (or similar language) in this communi -- 2) I wish they had not placed &quot;gender identity/expression&quot; between &quot;family&quot; &amp; &quot;individual lifestyle&quot; but by sexual orientation.  Maybe there is a good reason not to, but that&#039;s where I thought it should fit.</description>
